Over several weeks of our continued support, François Aufranc, former Industrial Director of the Massilly Group, took over the company ARCOS – ZEPHYTEC,the leader in drying and smoking solutions in the French food industry.
The takeover of a company involves many stages, and the external support makes it possible to gain perspective, to plan a medium-term development strategy, to reflect on the company’s Vision and Mission and also to present the results to the coordination team to set up the priorities for the company.
