In October 2021, thanks to an introduction from our banking partner BRED Banque Populaire and Pramex International, we were connected with the prestigious business school EM Normandie for the establishment of a campus in Dubai.
We were tasked with setting up the entire HR and Finance aspect for the school, with the goal of opening the campus by September 2022, which was a very tight deadline.
Our expertise allowed the school to receive approval from the Ministry of Education in the UAE on the first submission of all HR materials for the new campus (management of professors, guest speakers, students, staff, etc.), and to implement an accounting system adapted to the chosen framework.
A great success, thanks to the leadership of Khaireddine MOUAKHAR – EM Normandie in the UAE, President of EM Normandie, and his entire team for meeting such tight deadlines.
