It was a great pleasure to bring together Globallians members in Shanghai, alongside Myriam Debes, as part of our ongoing commitment to strengthening an international, field-driven business network.
Re-elected Co-President of Globallians in 2023, Jean-Pierre Labry continues to lead, together with all network members, a clear ambition: to further develop a global platform of local experts supporting companies in more than 70 countries, combining strategic vision, on-the-ground expertise, and operational proximity.
Since 2023, Globallians has chosen to give its annual conventions a very concrete dimension by meeting local teams around the world. This approach naturally began in the Middle East, with the teams of TTE Gulf Management Consultancy, covering the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt, and bringing over 30 years of on-the-ground regional expertise.
In 2024, the network met in Cologne, with the teams of VIF Solutions, led by Myriam Debes and Dominique Cherpin, in charge of Germany. This gathering marked a key milestone with the adoption of the network’s shared motto: “Explore Your Future.”
In 2025, Globallians continued this journey in China, meeting with its partner VVR International. This Shanghai immersion provided valuable insights into one of the world’s most complex and strategic markets. Thanks to the local expertise of Camille Verchery and Chloé Berndt, the network was able to better decode the Chinese market, meet local teams, and share meaningful professional and human moments—true reflections of Globallians’ core values.
We also extend our sincere thanks to Mr. Joan Valadou, Consul of France in Shanghai, for hosting us, alongside our Capital Export partners. His presence perfectly illustrates the importance of public-private collaboration in supporting international business development.
